  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package: Include the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide or choose a trackable shipping method at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping on domestic orders.
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges and Store Credit

  • Exchanges: Indicate the desired replacement item when initiating the return.
  • Store Credit: Available upon request and issued once the return is processed.
