Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders
  • Downloadable Products

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to refund, and the reason for the refund.
  3. Receive Confirmation: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  4. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The RMA number must be included with your return.

Processing Time

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
  • Approval Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If this is not possible, a store credit will be provided.
