Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:

- Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The RMA number must be included with your return.
Processing Time
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
- Approval Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
