At The Star Jackets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve designed a simple and transparent Refund and Return Policy to ensure a seamless experience.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the request within 14 days of purchase/delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.
  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking for any products return.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Downloadable products

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us:
    Email support@thestarjackets.com or message us on +44 7360 516422 to begin your request.
  2. Provide Details:
    Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/refund, and the reason.
  3. Receive Authorization:
    Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.
  4. Ship the Item:
    Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Include the RAN/RMA inside the package.

Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
  • Approval Notification: You’ll be informed via email whether your return/refund is approved or rejected.
  • Refund/Exchange Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If a refund to the original method isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit.

Exchanges and Store Credit

  • Exchanges: Let us know the item you’d like in exchange when initiating your return.
  • Store Credit: Available upon request after the return is received and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
